Visual Link has solutions to fit your product, as clear or frosted plastic boxes.

Our rectangular and square boxes are fully assembled [we do not make the fold-up style of box] and come with a separate lid which can be either a full depth lid or a smaller "cap lid". We also make clear cylinders/rounds in diameters ranging from 5cm [2 inch] to 20cm [8 inch] with the length or height as specified by you. There are also some speciality shapes available such as oval, heart and hexagonal cylinders.

Our packaging is made from lightweight but rigid PVC which is recyclable. The thickness most commonly used is 0.25mm though lighter and heavier grades are available. The minimum quantity for square/rectangular boxes is 100 and for rounds/cylinders 50. Most prices decrease with quantities of 200, 500, 1000 and for many rectangular boxes prices keep decreasing for each thousand up to 5000.

The most commonly used plastic is all clear but frosted, black and white is also available. Of growing popularity are boxes with frosted or black bases and clear lids. Coloured cardboard inserts are also available to fit into the base of the box. Cylinders /rounds are usually made from all clear plastic.

Printing, directly onto the box or cylinder, is also available.

We can of course make lids to fit for customers who already have a cardboard base.

We specialise in making to order clear and frosted PVC or plastic boxes [some people still refer to them as "cello' or "acetate" packaging] suitable for gifts, clothing, manchester and any other product that needs a lightweight, rigid, see-through container to hold, display and enhance your product.

Small orders beginning at 100 quantities [50 for cylinders] are welcome. Average production time is one and a half weeks though we can often meet earlier deadlines if required.
